Balance Fix

I noticed that as some players reached the late-game,  game's progression slowed down considerably compared to what I had envisioned. Therefore, I made these changes that affect the late-game to ensure that every player can reach the end of the game. 

To win the game, after reaching evolution 10, acquire 101 simulacra. This way, you can reach the final dialogue. Enjoy!

* Simulacra DPS 1000 > 10000

* Simulacra Cost Halved

* Ending dialogue trigger 1000 > 101
